Licensed in Radiology with the State of Ohio since 1995.
Licensed in Coronal Polishing in 2004.

Joined our practice in 1995 s a Clinical Orthodontic Assistant with 13 years of prior experience in orthodontic assisting.

Marian Johnson

Graduated: John F. Kennedy High School
Attended Youngstown State - A.A.B.

Joined our practice in 1995 as the Financial Secretary with 15 years Health Care related billing experience. I also serve as backup Treatment Coordinator.

Lisa Willis

Graduated: Adam Scott High School
Graduated from Career Canada College for Dental Assistant and Dental Laboratory as a CDA

Lisa joined Dr. Bauer's team in 2013 with over 30 years of experience as a Dental Assistant and Orthodontic and Lab assistant

Pam Hernandez

Joined our practice in August of 2017 with 20 years of experience in the administrative field.

Therese Betras

Graduated: Ursuline High School

Certifications: Licensed in Radiology in the State of Ohio, Certified Orthodontic Assistant with the state of Ohio. Terri initially worked with Dr. Martuccio for over 15 years and later joined Dr. Bauer’s staff in 2005, totaling over 30 years of experience.

Carol Hrosar

Graduated: Niles McKinley High

Graduated: Cleveland Institute of Dental/Medical Assisting

Carol worked as a Dental Assistant for 8 years before taking a break to raise her family. She joined the Bauer Orthodontic team in July of 2018 as part of the administrative staff.

Dianne Sellars

Graduated: Champion High School

Certifications: Licensed in Radiology in the State of Ohio since 1997, OSHA Certified in the State of Ohio, Certified Invisalign Intra Oral Scan.

Diane joined our practice in 2018 as an Orthodontic Assistant with 20 years experience.

Janie Farkas

Graduated: Nordonia High School & Cuyahoga Valley Career Center Class of 2016
Kent State University Graduate Class of 2021 with a B.A. in Biology

Certifications: Registered Dental Assistant, Licensed Radiographer in the state of Ohio. Certified in Invisalign Intra-Oral scanning.

Joined our team in March of 2023 with over 9 years of Orthodontic Assisting Experience.
